As an independent living facility for senior citizens, this project provides 23 one-bedroom living units with a community center, laundry, manager’s unit, administrative offices and storage facilities. Spruce Street provides a new aesthetic focus for the surrounding community. It was funded through a HUD 202 grant and designed to meet or exceed Fair Housing Act and HUD standards and regulations.
