This project consisted of a master plan on a 44.6 acre subdivision. Buildings were laid out to maximize the view to the lake within the subdivision. Also, minimal
disturbance of the existing landscape was carefully considered, thus enabling the development to retain its beautiful natural setting. The following amenities will be provided: clubhouse, tennis court, swimming pool and more.
