The project involved the complete renovation of a one-story library, addition of a new program assembly space under the canopy of the original entrance, the creating of a new drive-up book drop, and the construction of a new main entrance to the facility on the South side of the building where the parking lot is located. HCO, Inc. and OMS teamed together for this project. HCO, Inc. was the Architect of Record and the project manager for the project, providing the majority of the construction administration services. OMS was the library design architect and provided the interior design and FF&E services as well.
Three community outreach meetings were conducted at the library with the library staff and design team to obtain input from the public.
