This project was a complete renovation of a five building, 30-unit apartment complex. Existing structures were in various stages of deterioration. Attics and crawl spaces were poorly ventilated, and units did not meet ADA standards. Roofs and building siding were severely damaged. Exterior drainage, security and aesthetics were major design considerations.
