This six story apartment project was designed on a very tight site. On the first floor, there are commercial office and retail space. The second to sixth floors consist of efficiency studio apartments.
Due to the limited site, we were able to regulate city parking by creating a basement parking garage. The recreational roof terrace was developed to compensate for the lack of ground space surrounding the building. Each studio apartment has access to a balcony to create more space within each studio.
