HCO, Inc. assisted the owner in securing a HUD grant for the independent living units and all local variances needed for the project. This new three-story complex consisting of 40 assisted living units, 36 independent living units, 4 childcare classrooms, kitchen and dining facility, activity center, community center, public restrooms and administrative offices.
