In 2002, HCO, Inc., after several years of growth and expansion, purchased its corporate office complex to enable the company to better serve its clients. This office complex was plagued with several major problems including roof leaks; perimeter wall leaks; ceiling, wall, and floor deteriorations and major mechanical and electrical problems.
