Gary, IN
Comfort Villas is a collaborative effort between CR Works, Inc., the City of Gary’s Department of Community Development, and IHCDA, designed to create affordable, LEED-Certified housing for low to moderate income families and also provide wrap around support services of employment, job training, education, and life skills. Design consists of three buildings which each contain two one-bedroom, four two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom apartment units and one office area. Currently, the owner has only completed one of the three buildings.
