Indianapolis, IN
The human resources, long term care, and computer information services departments for the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County are currently located on the seventh floor of the Hasbrook Building. This eight story tall structure, which was originally an office building built in 1968 for the Indiana Bell Telephone Company, has had several renovations on various floors throughout the building; however, the seventh floor plan configuration has remained primarily the same since the original construction. HCO, Inc. was selected by HHC to convert the seventh floor volume into an “open office” concept for the three departments. The final design incorporates a mixture of private offices, semi-private cubicles, and open office space to provide a variety of options for the employees and visitors to complete their everyday tasks. Small, medium, and large meeting / conference rooms are placed around the floor to provide ample space for conducting meetings, training sessions, and private discussions.
